  When you treat someone better than yourself. When you show them love more than you show yourself. When you make yourself low to make them high. You feed into their soul and grow their ego. You make your worth, less every time. And they get unrealistic expectations from you that you can't keep up.

 Madam Secretary, although this show has ended I recently watched one my favorite episodes from the series and certainly one of the most inspiring. Season 5 Episode 11 the show returns after Christmas break but with a very important topic that was actually happening in the US at that time. In this new year bringing new hope with the episode focusing on the children separation policy in USA. Secretary McCord happily goes to jail and chooses to remain there because of what she believes in and what she thinks Americans should stand for. What is right is right for her. It's desperate times calls for desperate measures at the white house. Crazy ideas ultimately working here as the show must move forward unlike real life where there can be more than one big problem pile on and on and on. A very emotional and strong moment in the episode is the renewal of their vows with her husband as the secretary is still behind bars but what matters is not where you are but who you are with.  I don't care about you enough to get jealous of you. You don't deserve my love, you don't even deserve my jealousy. You are not worth it to me. Move on.

Here is the thing, we are all trying to figure life out. We know the destination, at least some of us do, but no one knows the right path. You see we are all living for the first time, we are all walking for the first time, we are all learning the first time. So it is obvious that we make mistakes, that we stumble and fall. We shouldn’t be criticizing each other over it. I am sure we all were in a tough spot at some point in our life and hoped that somebody helped us. We should be helping each other, guiding each other to the right signs along the road, away from the danger and closer to our goal. So why be cruel to those who are young and naive. Why not share your wisdom and experience to this world. After all this world will be experienced next by your next generation and you might not live through it but your legacy will.

Endings are inevitable. Everything ends eventually. Otherwise there won't be any beginnings. Things have to fall apart to make way for new things. You say some goodbyes to get some new hellos. We move on. But when we leave, some people leave with us. These people are special. These people are worth fighting for. These people are worth living for. These people are there till the end. So hold on tightly, don't let go, through thick and thin. Hold on tight and never let go. Some people never leave us no matter what. So just hold to them until the very end. Until your very last breath. It will be worth it. You may not see it now but it will be a happy end.

If you love the idea of being in love then, you are not in love with the person whom you are with but with the idea of live itself. Don't love the idea of love, if you do that then you will create a mirage of the person whom you are with which is false. That isn't what you want. What you want is the real memories with a real person. Create memories by loving what is real.

I thought she was my way to happiness. Turns out she was just standing in the way of it. You see it was an illusion.

When you believe in people. People come through. Don't stop believing in everyone because of Someone.
