Kindness is not for others. It helps you more. When you are kind to someone else. It is you who is the real winner.  

  Why do people call the brain as the memory area. The brain does not store any memories for me, everything stored in my brain I will forget in a matter of days. So when you come into my life I won’t see with my brain, but with my heart. I think the real memory area for any of us is the heart, isnt it? I still remember the first time we met as clear as yesterday, the first touch, the first kiss, the first goodbye, the first fight, the first heart brake. I remember everything and they keep playing again and again like your favorite song. I haven’t forgotten any of it, why is that? I think because I stored all those memories in my heart instead of my brain, its not easy to forget what my heart knows. The heart is the real memory chest. My brain on the other hand, (pause) remind me how this conversation started again?

  Life is full of regrets. Every decision that you don't make can be regretful. People come and go. You have to stay with the decisions that you make.
